Segment parents in parameters

Hello

Quick question, is there a way to use parent values in a parameter to bring back results for all child values ?

I have searched a lot but cannot find an answer.

I am not sure what you are asking. 
You can put a condition on any available Field, parent or child.  The field does not need to be visible in the Worksheet.  The condition can use Parameter value.  Please explain more about what you are trying to do.
