Reports using ADF?

Hi,

For one of our clients, we have a requirement to build reports on PaaS platform. We have JCS-SX license for the client. Would like to know if we can build reports using ADF? I am aware that Oracle recommends BICS for reporting but given the constraints, would like to know if ADF framework can be used to build reports on JCS platform.

ADF itself is not a reporting platform.
