no email from Oracle Cloud regarding activation of the service

My Oracle Cloud request was submitted on April 26th but as of now, logging in shows "Service has been requested. Oracle Cloud will send you an email when your service is ready for activation."
So far no email from Oracle Cloud regarding activation of the service.

Hi,
Once Oracle accepts your request, you will receive an email with all the details. Until then you have to wait.
If you want to follow it up with the Oracle then please follow the below steps -
1. cloud.oracle.com
2. click on chat -> select "Live cloud chat"
3. Provide the appropriate details and click on chat.
4. One of the agent will be available to answer your queries. Please share the details like your request Id and the Identity domain that you have requested for.
For me the above approach worked and I got my request approved. Hopefully this should work for you.
