Hi,
Im facing this issue when files are checked-in from portal. File sizes are more than 25MB so im using a Custom component for it.

The files are not getting checked-in and i have posted the logs below which i got in the NAS.
And the files in the storage are not getting picked up by UCM during check-in.
The title is an error which i got in UCM logs.
Please help me out.

Thanks,
Goutham

But through WCP they are unable to check-in. Since its a portal, when the file size is more than 25MB  it automatically selects the Custom component code.

Add Trace:32 for oracle.stellent , oracle.ridc (if available) from the EM Console for Portal application and enable "Persist for Child loggers" option and update .

Then check-in from Portal the same file which failed earlier and once the error is listed from front end , upload the portal diagnostic log (or the .out file) here for analysis .

The logs are showing the details for GET_FILE service which is used when downloading the content item . What error are you seeing when checking in the contents ?Also, for 25 MB why would you need a custom component ?Try with standard check in page and see if the issue persists .

    Hi Srinath,

Im getting the same error while checking-in and i also dont know why the error is showing something related to Download. Through UCM, I could check-in the same file successfully. But through WCP they are unable to check-in. Since its a portal, when the file size is more than 25MB  it automatically selects the Custom component code. Im new to this, my terminologies might be wrong. Apologize!

    Hi Srinath,
Thanks for your support. The issue is resolved.
The .csv files were picked from the repository after the necessary PERMISSIONS were set to the files.

Earlier, there was no permission was UCM users and only WCP users had the read-write permission.
Thanks for your support . Life saver!
    Cheers
