DR and Backup in JCS SX

HI all,
Our Client has an JCS SX where Database is included as a "Database Schema as a Service". We came to know that this option has limited access compared to full Database as a service. such as Backup and Recovery .
We need to Know how DR is taken care for "Database Schema as a Service". any help on this is much appreciated
Also Rather than Apex Data import or Export is there any alternate option for Backup like automatic Backup etc
Thanks in Advance
Thanks
Vikram

Hi Vikram,
Database Schema as a Service also called APEX DB is associated with JCS-SX and its part of PaaS offering. Oracle takes care of the Back of the instance and customer need not to do anything for backup. That is why there is no option of automatic Backup or manual backup as we have in case of DBCS. For any issues which involves DR, oracle will do the needful, you just need to contact Oracle support.
Hope, it explains your issue.

Hi VIkash ,
Thanks For Reply
Just one more thing which would be much appreciated
"Oracle takes care of the Back of the instance and customer need not to do anything for backup. For any issues which involves DR, oracle will do the needful"
Does this mean That Backup and DR is a separate Pricing or it is part of jcs sx Functionality by Oracle.
THanks
Vikram
