SGD-Logout issue using gateway

Hello,

I'm using Oracle Secure global desktop with gateway. But whenever i'm trying to access its not showing the webtop and show the logout page. "You have successfully logged out"

--- Forward and backward DNS is working fine on SGD, Gateway and client servers.

--- NTP is also synced on these servers.

Can anybody tell me the log path to view to resolve the issue.
