Add TNS- messages on alerts

We had a requirement to have a notification for TNS messages from alert log. My research shows that this is possible for listener template.

My question is, can we have similar alert for Database template  for any TNS messages seen on alert log? I know we can configure threshold for ORA* messages and be alerted. I don't know if that's possible for TNS too. If it is possible, can I ask if how can TNS messages be added on DB template for 'alert log' metric?

Thanks in advance!

Most, if not all, tns errors - by definition - never even make it to the database.  So how would the database write them to the alert log?

Whoever dreamed up this requirement has expectations that exceed their understanding.

I don't get what exactly you need. Do you want to get notifications for TNS messages on alert log such as "TNS-12564: TNS:connection refused"?

    Yes GokhanAtil, exactly.

Client would like to be notified whenever there is TNS - messages (like TNS-12564) on the db alert log, similar to ORA messages alerts.

    TNS are:

    >> TNS-[ ]*0*(12564|12535|505)

This is how I setup on listener template. Not sure if this is possible too on DB template.
