Guest in BUI shows shutdown / detached , but it's not

I have one guest the shows shutdown detached in my BUI but it's not.  The doc below provided no help

How to fix a
guest ldom that incorrectly appears as Shutdown/Detached in Ops Center (Doc ID
2062738.1) 

Guest stops and starts just fine from the cdom.  Agent collects data ..

EC is 12.3.2

agent is 12.3.2

Here is the variable output from ldm list-bindings  just for s+g's   any help is appreciated
