HFM 11.1.2.3.500 - Weblogic server 11g password reset

Dear Friends,

Can you please advise how to reset the Web logic server 11g password? (back ground of application, 2 apps, 1 web , 1 DB servers)

I know the user name but don't no the password. The Installation/configuration done by third party vendor two years back.

Now i am getting RPC Server unavailable issues /(Apps server unable to communicate to the web server issues,

I want to check the cluster setting in Weblogic server. Is there any way to reset the password? or whether it was stored in Sql database? If yes, how to get it?
