While loading data in HFM i face this issue?

Hi Freb,

I came across the same solution and did cross check it in my environment.

I did clear the temp as suggested in the document, but i am still facing the issue.

To let you know, when i perform the load activity on Dev Environment i don't face any issue , but it occurs on my Prod Environment.

I did check another solution which suggest i download a utility, but as it is a Prod Environment i can't do it.

Also can you please help me with some pointers that i can look into ?

The error message refers to a Metadata Load issue. Can you confirm if you load a Data file or a Metadata file ?

If you load a metadata file I would try to extract Metadata from prod and try re-loading the same extracted file in order to see if the issue is related to the metadata file itself or other.

I was able to load the metadata after I restarted the services and the server.
