Hi,
if the Service Processor (SP) is running a firmware version that does not support SNMPv3, you should update the Oracle ILOM firmware on the SP to the latest version available from My Oracle Support (MOS).

Hi,
You need to upgrade the firmware to the latest and try discovering it again. If you need any help with the firmware upgrade, please open a service request with the hardware team.
Thanks,
