JCS-SX Syncronization of users with fusion HCM

Hello,
I am building a PaaS4SaaS extension on top of Oracle Fusion HCM.
We are having the JCS-SX which comes with an embedded SSO.
SSO is configured and enabled.
Following this tutorial here : https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/paas/paas-saas-cloud/ocpsi/synchronizing-oracle-sales-cloud-oracle-hcm-cloud-and-oracle-erp-cloud-user-identities-and-roles-si1.html#GUID-A9D5740E-EE48-439B-B897-0FA022E0C8EB
SSO functionality between SaaS offerings and Oracle PaaS requires SaaS identities to be regularly synchronized to the Oracle PaaS Shared Identity Management (SIM) user store.
We are following the steps to configure the oracle HCM cloud to sync the identites and roles.
When submiting the synchronization schedule, we are having the following log :
FA to SIM User migration Summary ReportEss job started at Wed Oct 25 10:50:05 UTC 2017Retrieving FND_USER_MIGRATION_FETCH_BATCH_SIZE profile option Retrieved FND_USER_MIGRATION_FETCH_BATCH_SIZE batch size as 1000Retrieving MAX_RETRY_ATTEMPTS profile optionRetrieved MAX_RETRY_ATTEMPTS batch size as 20Retrieved USER_IDENTITY_SYNC_TARGET as SIMRetrieving APPID credentials from FA Credential storeFailed to retrieve APPID credentials. This is the error : Failed to retrieve APPID credentials. APPID not found in credential store.
Any idea why we are getting this error ?
Thanks

Hi Amro,
You need to create an SR with Oracle support for this.
