    go to OS and set the environment with tool    ". oraenv" press enter, then type here your sid name. After this open Sqlplus with command "sqlplus / as sysdba". int his window type command like below.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 SQL> startup;

    The service "OracleServiceORPC3" on "Local Computer" could not be started.
    Error 3: The system can not find the specified path.

    If you "suddenly" got this error, then something must have changed in between you installing the Oracle software and "now".

    Were you able to start the database "before"?

    Was the software installed on an external drive which is no longer plugged in/available?

    Go to Services, right mouse click on that service, go to Properties and look at the directory/executable it is pointing to, and have a think as to why it is not accessible.

    Thoughts:

    . Permissions

    . Trying to start the db as a non-administrator

    . The path no longer exists

    ...

    How about any of the other TAB's?!!

    For instance "Abhängigkeiten" - dependencies?

    My bad, under the first screenshot

    "Pfad zur EXE-Datei" - "Path to the EXE file". That should contain the path to the Oracle.exe file.

    It looks like you are the wrong user. i.e. the user you are logged in to the machine, does not have access or can not see the path or exe Oracle.exe.

    What user installed Oracle?

    Log in as that user and try starting it.
