No Login Policy found -- OSGD Gateway 5.3

I have a problem when I try to log in using a Gateway.

There is a web address associated to the gateway an using this link appears the folloing messages:

              

               "No Login Policy found"

But if I use the link of one of the OSGD server directly there aren't problem, I log in successfully

Some one could give any ideas?

This is a policy message from VISULOX (add on to OSGD). The user is not allowed to login via the Gateway - That`s all.
