Hi,
please check if port 80 is been used by other application, stop tehse application, install OPScenter. Than we can change default port 80 to doiff port
as the webeserver OSPcnter is used redirect port 80 to 9443.
netstat -an |grep 80

Hi All,
I found the fix.
Found that the service " /network/http:apache22 " was enabled, so when the upgrade checked port 80 it found it in use.
once disabled this service upgrade was successful
Example:
svcadm -v disable /network/http:apache22
