Oracle Cloud - Does it have global variables?

Hello,

This question is oriented around Oracle Cloud and Groovy Scripting.

We often do Production to Test clones as Oracle recommends. When doing this all of our action links and web services in the test environment become pointed to production.

Does Oracle Cloud offer global variables so we can change the URL in one location and be done? Currently we need to track every action link and web service we have and repoint those scripts manually.

Any advice on how to reduce this overhead of Production to Test moves would be appreciated.
