Process control issue - not able to submit and publish -HFM 11.1.2.4.205

Dear All,

We are unable to submit and publish data in process control in new version of HFM application 11.1.2.4.205 for the month of Jan'18. Recently we migrated HFM from 11.1.2.3 to 11.1.2.4 version. In old version (11.1.2.3) we moved the base level entity in the month of Jan'18 submitted and published, Now we are moving the top level parent submit and publish  in new version it is getting an error below.

Even if i want to reject any of the entity the same error i am getting for start freshly in process control for Jan'18.

Could you please help me regarding the issue.

Did this work in 11.1.2.4 base version before moving to 11.1.2.4.205?

Did you get chance to review the upgrade log for any errors?
