Missing advanced and date functions in assign expression window

Hi

I use SOA Suite 12c and JDeveloper 12.2.1.3.

I have application with 2 project. Each project contains BPEL process.

When I open assign editor and create expression expression builder in 1. process gives me all function and 2. one gives me only few functions (Conversion, Logical, Mathematical, Node-set, String). The same problem have XSLT transformations.

Both processes are BPEL 2.0.

What I have to change to achieve all functions in expression builder?
