Undo Promotion in Manage Process in HFM

Is there any possibility of undoing a promotion that was performed . For example an Entity was Promoted to Level 5 and we need to place it back to Level 2.

Hi,

You should be able to use the 'reject' command to undo the last promotion. It follows the same process just you select the 'reject' option instead of the 'promote' command, inside of process control.  If you don't see this option you may need to talk to your administrator to bump up your access level.

Thanks for your response. This is an option that we already tried and does not seem to be working  especially after the submit or publish phase has been completed.

Thanks for the info -  this is useful in understanding why you are unable to promote certain Entities in the Sumbission Phase process - my question is the reverse part of falling back from a higher stage to a lower stage in the submission process.
