service dose not show in psc command

I defined a service called TEST,and it shows correctly when i use psc to see.

then i add a service called FACECHECKPARAM  in myServer.c, and i add it in ubbconfig,,

and i use java bea.jolt.admin.jbld,so service was added in jrepository,, after server started there is not CHECKFACEPARAM showed,

, what should i do? Thanks

check buildserver command and -s switch and also CLOPT parameter in ubbconfig (-s vs -A)
