    Hi,

Since that is through the ldap adapter, you need to create or update an outbound connection pool for it and configure it properly.

In Weblogic Console, navigate to Deployments. click on LdapAdapter:

Create a new one (or update an existing one):

Then save and update the ldapadapter with the new deployment plan.

The ldap adapter is not activated by default (since it is not used on every environment). So you need to activate it from the deployments.

    Regards,

    Martien
