We have one ASM disk group for OCRVOTE that has three disks but in EXTERN redundancy type. We should change it to HIGH redundancy. Anyone has the note and guideline please help with the steps. Thanks!

You can‘ t change a disk group‘s redundancy. Create a new disk group and move OCR and voting to that disk group. There‘s plenty of documentation available on how to do this ( e.g. here: https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E11882_01/rac.112/e41959/votocr.htm#CWADD92368 ) Be aware that you need 5 disks if you plan to place your voting files in an ASM disk group with high redundancy.
