Hi,

I have installed WFR 11.1.1.9.0. I have enabled reporting in .ini file. As a prerequisite, reporting script to created the DB objects for WFR reporting was executed on WFR schema.

However, when an invoice is processed in WFR, I found error in H_*.log with respect to reporting and no data is getting populated in reporting tables like OFRDOCUMENT, OFRFIELDS, etc.

Below is the error:

Reporting: [Oracle][ODBC][Ora]ORA-00904: "GETDATE": invalid identifier

I tried searching for GETDATE object in DB and also in WFR_AP_Reporting_Create_Oracle.sql script but couldn't find any.

Can anyone help here?

Regards

It seems you are using different provider other than Oracle Provide for OLE DB.

    Here is the note:

Error "[Oracle][ODBC][Ora]ORA-00904: "GETDATE": invalid identifier" When Forms Recognition Reporting is Enabled (Doc ID 1136156.1)

As per the document (Doc ID 1136156.1) I have changed the provider. Below is the provider now:

    SQL_VL_02_ConnectionString=Provider=OraOLEDB.Oracle.1;Password=********;Persist Security Info=True;User ID=ofruser;Data Source=WFRAPPS

However, I am facing different error now as below:

    [Error]  |30| 16:44:29.073 |  6048 | 23202752k/4059776k | 25472436k/2838668k | 259880k/262948k | 600 | 103/53 | Unable to connect to the reporting database

    [Error]  |30| 16:44:29.117 |  6048 | 23202740k/4059788k | 25472456k/2838648k | 259880k/262948k | 598 | 103/53 | Unable to connect to database: Provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed.

    Can you help here?

    Hi Abhinav,

    1. The issue comes when you do not have the .NET framework 3.5 not configured properly.

    2. Also check this note and search for the section titled: "To resolve the problem of the incorrectly configured "machine.config", follow the notes in the install guide. The steps are listed below:'

Error "Unable to find the requested .Net Framework Data Provider. It may not be installed" when Connecting to Forms Recognition WebVerifier on New Install (Doc ID 1639517.1)
