WSNAT_CAT:1055: ERROR: Connection to unassigned WSH rejected

HI All,

We are getting below error  in tuxedo production environment, frequency for below issue is many time in a month. 

Not sure if this is issue or just log from Oracle Tuxedo.

Oracle tuxedo version used in our production environment given below
