Can Oracle Text be used for data capture from contracts?
A bank would like to automatically extract data from various home-buying contracts in the process of the mortgage loan origination. When their clients want a mortgage loan, they need to provide the bank with the buying contract (contract between the seller and the buyer of the real estate). The bank wants to be able to extract several important information (like the price, the street and parcel number of the house etc). This is not so easy because each contract looks different (it's between the buyer and the seller, it's not a document issued by the bank). The solution needs to use a machine learning algorithm to be able to "read" all kinds of contracts and extract these important data.
Is Oracle Text able to do this? Thanks anyone for answers.
