Hello,

I installed Oracle b2B Document Editor. I am getting below error when I open it. Could someone pls help on this to fix it.

Error - Templates Group 'XMLSchema'. Several templates have 'Blank XML Schema' name. Name must be unique.

Stack: at Edifecs.SpecBuilder.DocumentServices.TemplatesDBClass.Initialize()

           at Edifecs.SpecBuilder.MapEditor.MapEditorModule.Initialize()

           at Microsoft.Practices.Prism.Modularity.ModuleInitializer.Initialize(ModuleInfo moduleInfo)

I have not come across this error. Hope you have installed all the required libraries (such as edifact, X12, Rosettanet, etc)  that you are trying to implement.

Also check the licence key if it is valid or not.

as a last attempt, you may want to un-install and re-install the document editor software
