FRS - Bridge Graph - Possible?

Is there anyway to deliver this kind of functionality in PBCS without resorting to excel?

My business need is to deliver variance analysis which shows the bridge from Budget to Actual - Budget first - Actual last bar and between bars positioned to form a bridge from start to end.

I cannot see a way to do this in FRS without create a bridge scenario / version or similar to put calculated figures in - am I missing something obvious in FRS or Dashboard functionality?

I realise negative bars may appear odd in this presentation as not all variations have the same sign as the overall variance.
