Opscenter didn't alert on a faulted zpool. Should it?

I had a lun removed by the storage team that was still active in my ldom. While fmadm faulted and the zpool faulted, opscenter didn't pick this up. Is there a monitor I need to turn on? Do I have to create a separate monitor? Currently we're using the default global zone monitor and the default logical domain monitors.
Thanks for any info.

Hi Matt,
Is this still an issue? Please restart the opscenter agent on the cdoms and check the status.
Please open a SR if you still have a problem.
Thanks,
Karthik
