Nettica DNS records/Entry

Hello all,

We have two domains

mundart-küchen.ch

mundartküchen.ch

which are hostet on nettica. dns1.nettica.com, dns2.nettica.com, dns3.nettica.com

Nettica belongs to Oracle now.

How is it possible to change this DNS entries? I left three times a voice massage, but never get a call back from the support.
