Problem in using TimesTen VirtualBox Image

Recently I've downloaded the VM image of tt. But after importing in virtual box, it 's not useable and I got some error like : TimesTen grid is not configured, or Grid might not be running.

    Where did you download the image from?

    Did you follow the image download/install instructions correctly?

    Perhaps one of the steps was to manually start "stuff".

    Did you read the VM instructions which accompany the VM? Did you follow the 'hands on lab' example within the VM? When the VM starts you do not have an operational TimesTen Scaleout grid no a database. You have to configure those as part of the Hands-on-Lab; that is part of the point of the VM - it is a learning tool. Once you have created your grid and database you can then use it.
