How to modify HFM ICP report template (ICP.rtf)

We want to replicate a new ICP matching report template copied from ICP.rtf, and modify it to show Plug account in the table. 

Is there any way to modify the content or format of ICP report template?

While selecting the various options before running the report- you can check the box - Override Report Definition
