Upgrade from Oracle Linux 7

Hi
Is there any way to perform in-place upgrade from Oracle Linux 7 to Oracle Linux 8? I tried `redhat-upgrade-tools-cli` with the DVD iso, it complains that it cannot upgrade between variants between Oracle Linux to AppStream.
Any other way?
Thanks!

No. There is no supported mechanism to do an in-place upgrade from Oracle Linux 7 to Oracle Linux 8.
Are there any plans to offer something similar like Red Hat does with Leapp to perform an in-place upgrade (https://www.redhat.com/en/blog/upgrading-rhel-7-rhel-8-leapp-and-boom)?
Hi,
I'm also looking to upgrade OL7 to OL8 server with an supported Oracle way? I would be intereseted also to get the answer to the previous comment.
Thanks
We're planning on releasing an upgrade path from OL7 to OL8 using Leapp in early 2021.
