Hi All,

Need your help to fix this. The task has been running successfully since last year. It started giving error after we upgraded the server OS from Windows 2008 R2 to Windows 2012 R2

While running the FDMEE Maintenance Task, it is failing as the EPMORACLEHOME parameter is not populating.

Usually this value is read from the EPM registry, check the aifwebapp.log to see if errors are being generated.

The value that is read from the EPM Registry is the hyperionHome property value. You can run a registry report to view it.

The other places this can be set are in the windows registry for the FDMEE web application, there is an EPM_ORACLE_HOME property.

Also there is a windows environment variable for EPM_ORACLE_HOME.

    Cheers

    John

    Thanks John.

I checked all 3 locations and value is set correctly to D:\Oracle\Middleware\EPMSystem11R1.

I observed errors the aif-odi-install.log as well, again unable to find the full path. The current_release.txt does exists at the path with entry of 11.1.2.4.000.

Maybe consider reconfiguring FDMEE through the EPM configuratior to see if it fixes the issue.
