Unable to Add Period in Integration Setup Period Mapping Application Mapping

When I hit the Add icon, instead of an empty row appears to fill in values, I get search and select window

I have a client that needs to update the application period mapping table within Data Management. However, when I go to click on the green plus sign to add a new period, a search and select window appears. This is contrary to Oracle documentation. I have administrator access.

Not sure what I am missing. Any thoughts are appreciated.

    When you add a new period for an application mapping the following should be displayed.

    This will display global mappings that have not yet been applied as application mappings. This is because global mappings are the main driver and where the period keys are defined.

    If the mappings are for a Oracle Fusion source then to update them you need to refresh members which extracts the periods.
