How to copy over a FSS in OCI across a tenancy with all permissions intact

We have a FSS of 1TB shared among Linux and Windows hosts for simple file sharing. The used capacity is around 750GB. We need to move the contents to another tenancy in the same region while preserving the permissions etc. How can this be done?
