Windows Desktop components required for Oracle HCM Cloud

During testing and training sessions, our HR and end users reported a variety of issues related to their desktop environment - browser, Flash, pop-up blockers, Our Infrastructure team is asking the HCM team to provide a 'requirements document' that details what are the components and setup they need to add with the standard Windows image. Oracle's document on Web Browser Support Policy is too generic. Does someone have a comprehensive document that we can provide to our IT ?

Hi Ashish

Thanks for the links. I have seen the content there, glad to get the specifics for mobile.

However - I still don't see the desktop requirements other than the browser version. For example, we have seen dozens of issues related to Flash; and pop-up blockers. Both are independent of the browser. We have HCM Cloud; Taleo; and Learning. All impacted to varying degrees, with some users finding local tech admin support to fix, others giving up.

Under what class/category do I create an SR for something like this? I started there first, but there is no logical place to ask a basic question like this, so moved the question to the community.

You could raise one under "Oracle HCM Cloud" core hr area and mention your query in detail.

Hopefully they would redirect this internally.
