Mobile server in Ionic/Capacitor app

We're looking into the Oracle Database Mobile Server solution to sync data between an Oracle and a SQLite database.
Based on the documentation we found, this should work in native Windows, Android and iOS apps.
But we would like to integrating ODMS in a (Angular/Ionic) app, that will be available for Windows, Android and iOS.
So we're actually looking for a Ionic/Capacitor (or Cordova) plugin for ODMS.
Is such a plugin available to your knowledge?
Since there seems to be very limited updates (release, announcements, news, reactions on forums, …) on ODSM over the last years, we’re also a bit skeptical regarding the roadmap of this product.
It would be good to know what the roadmap is for this product. Anyone?
