Your account has been disabled due to either tenant/user disable operation

The message is that your account has been closed. One reason is that this was a trial account that has expired and you have not converted this account into a paid account.
You should ask support for help. Nothing the community can do about this.

As I said, nobody from the community can help you. You have to ask this support.oracle.com.

Same happened to me, my 2 VMs were killed and I can't access my account.
That's very disturbing customer service-wise.

I am sailing in the same boat too. I initially signed up for a free tier account, I upgraded to paid account 10 days before the expiry period. On the 27th of October, I received an email in my inbox with this message "The following services are suspended and access to these services is disabled." No other reason nor explanation was provided.
I escalated to OCI support, it took their support personnel 28 hours to respond with a simple message which read, "Your account has been disabled due to violation of Terms of Use". However, no other explanation was what is the exact violation.
I had 4 instances in my tenancy, all of them just disappeared, to top it up, I suffered data loss to an extend, lucky me as I have enabled remote backup via cron.
