Error: Select directory for export

Hello,

When trying to import file in FDMEE, on import screen location folder is not visible and when trying to upload file the following error message pops up

Error: Select directory for export"

did someone experienced this issue?

A screenshot of what you are seeing might help. If you are an admin, have you created the location folders in system settings or set to automatically create location folders? - Setting System-Level Profiles

Thanks for answering.

When i go to import the following screen pops-up

When i go to upload the following error pops-up

So on the left side there is nothing and it should be location(Because location security is setup)

I will check system settings but for the other target applications(HFM) there si no problem, only for a few users which are working with HPL target application. And they say that this was working before...

Check whether the location folder exists, an admin should be able to view it.

was this issue fixed.? All on a sudden, users are facing this same issue. Admins can still see the select folders.

Just for future reference - Our issue was that one of the power user deleted the application root folder path in the 'Application settings' section. They were doing some changes to default POV/period and by mistake they saved the definition without the path.

Hi,

me too have this issue on 11.2.4.0.

Only users with admin role are able to see the folders.

I think is not an issue related to the Windows security of the FDMEE network folder, because users are able to create folder from that window, but they doesn't view anything
