NullPointerException prevents Cache Server from starting up

FYI, there is a bug in PartitionedCacheQuorumPolicy which prevents a cache server from starting-up. See below snippet which throws the NPE, we've fixed this in our system by adding a null check against sAddress. But letting you know in case anybody else encounters this issue.

    Chris it looks like you have an account on My Oracle Support because you were able log in and find the patch.  But it appears you don't have an entitlement to download it.  Typically My Oracle Support access is administered by someone in your own organization.  What we need to do is find that person and ask them to give you the necessary entitlement (or download the patch for you).  I'll raise this with a support engineer on our side and see if he can jump start that process.
