OEL 7 install on poweredge 740 missing kmod drivers, fails. Got a repo url i could use?

i am installing oel7 on a brand new dell poweredge 740. it has 25gb nics for onboard and on pcie. whenever i run the install, and set the network interfaces it bombs with missing pkgs. i re-downloaded the latest install dvd three times and tested all of them both on usb and through virtual iso on console and through idrac. same effect. guessing it's a driver for the network. it runs fine if i don't set a network.adding a pic to show the specific kmods missing. please help!

Check the "Dell EMC Hardware Compatibility List (HCL) for Oracle Linux (OL) and Oracle VM (OVM)" (https://linux.dell.com/files/supportmatrix/OL_Support_Matrix.pdf) if you are using the correct OL version and if your BIOS meets all requiremens.

Btw: "Oracle Enterprise Linux" was renamed to "Oracle Linux" many years ago.
