OEM Agent Unreachable

After server and database recycle, OEM is showing 2 of 3 RAC nodes as  "unreachable".

Ran emctl status agent  commands on the 2 nodes.  the results showed the agents running and a successful heartbeat to OMS

Stop and Started the agents without results

    Hi,

    From each RAC node having the issue, Navigate to Target Setup  -->  Monitoring Configuration

    Click on Test Connection and once it shows success  -->  Click OK

    This should save / refresh the configuration of the target.

    Once done, let me know if those targets looks good.

    Venkat,

       Thanks for the response.

       I performed the "Test Connection",  response was "successful".  

      OEM is still showing "agent unreachable" (see below).  

      Interesting thing is I can still select the individual nodes and get to all of the OEM functions.

    Hi,

    Can you provide the following details:

    ./emctl status agent

    ./emctl upload

    ./emctl pingOMS

    NOTE: Mask the hostnames while providing the outputs.

    + Also verify the Agent Home page from EM Console and check if there is no error reported.
