File based data load - Data management cloud

Hi Folks,

Can you please help in below query,

my source file has many decimal places, but data management should take only first  decimals and load the data in cube,

why source parameters section is not showing for file based data load? (source parameters section is visible only if cube/planning/custom app is a source)

    Hello Venkataraju,

    Each source system has a unique set of source parameters.  FDMEE / DM shows the parameters applicable to that system.  Files do not have the same filters as data-sync routines.  The screenshot you have displayed is for data-sync routines.

    If you need the decimal amounts of your file-data rounded you can do that on your import format by applying a script/expression.

    Hi,

    Here is an example you can use. You need to write Import script for this:

    def temp(strfield, strrecord):

    strTemp = int(round(strfield,2))

    return strTemp
