Upgrading/Replacing the NIC's in a cluster?

In addition to the networking changes that I asked about here I would also like to replace the 10 Gbps NIC's with 25 Gbps NIC's.

So let's consider the question of upgrading/replacing the NIC's independently of the other question:

  1. Can the NIC's be replaced?
  2. How would I go about replacing the NIC's without disrupting the Pool configuration?

TIA,

    Hi Eric,

I never do that, but i think that is possible to replace NIC. Maybe you can open a SR to be sure about.

My idea about the procedure is:

    1-Select a free node.

    2-Backup the network configuration script.

    3-Replace the NIC

    4-Reconfigure network script

obviously I would try it in a lab before doing it in production.
