Performance Module Quarterly Check-In Forms

Hello All,

I've been tasked with creating a Quarterly Check-in template in the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Application 19D. This check in form will be replacing the annual performance document that we are currently using in the system. The process will basically involve the employee commenting of 4-5 core questions each Quarter and the manager providing feedback  each quarter for the employee. The manager will also provide an overall rating and comments at years end also.Has anyone ever configured a Check-in template using the Oracle Fusion Cloud application for their particular business area? If so can you please provide any resources, tips, or tricks that would assist with the configuration? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Hi bej,
I work in 11.1.1.9.5, but there is a conditional format option under the style dialog for graph properties.

You'll have to set the format for however many categories you're dealing with, then repeat it in all of your charts.

Thanks, Jerry. Just what I was looking for. In 12c the option is just a text link, I'd looked at it several times without realizing it was clickable.
