how do I find out what version of TLS is being used when a client is connecting to a database?

Before disabling TLS 1.0 completely, I want to confirm which (if any) clients are connecting to this 12c database using these newer protocols.

Our SQLNET.ora file currently does not list a value for the SSL_VERSION, so the default is 'undetermined' (source). Similarly, SSL_CIPHER_SUITES is also not set, and the default is 'none' (source).

I've not been able to find which ciphers, SSL versions, or TLS versions used for database sessions in the listener log or from v$sessions. Is there any way to find this information?
