After 12.2 upgrade rman connect target fails

Hi !

After 12.1 -> 12.2 upgrade rman fails with below error (DG env)

Recompiling solves the issue temporarily ...

Anyone experienced this behavior ?!

Working with orasup and bug 24589081 is considered.

(this is an "ODA" and one offs are not preferable)

alter package sys.DBMS_BACKUP_RESTORE compile;
