I need to execute the SuperCluster Preventive Maintenance for RAID HBA Batteries on Exadata Storage.
Then I need to know to poweroff a cell to replace the Batteries.
Thanks in advance

Take a look at the documentation. There's a chapter called "Shut Down or Reboot a Storage Server" (https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E58626_01/html/E58635/z4001567132421442.html#scrolltoc )
