how to resolve error message planname1 learningassignmentsearch1

When trying to add a learner to a course we keep getting the error message "Definition PlanName1 of type Attribute is not found in LearningAssignmentSearch1". We have asked for a solution to this to our HCM Cloud rep several times and we do not have a solution. Anyone else had that issue and how did you resolve it?
