Free Tier Cloud instance can't boot.

One of my free tier instance has been stopped and can't started.
When I tryed to start it, it indicates the following message:
An unexpected error occurred.
Details:
IncorrectState - Instance ocid1.instance.oc1.ap-tokyo-1.anxhiljrqb3orrqcekqboneb2cxwi6sp62hb4zzi765agims7ucsikozvyeq is disabled and will not accept any action requests. Please contact customer support to reenable.
Is there a way to get the instance back to normal?

Hello,
Same question,
Regards
-
Hi,
Same here too. Any updates?
-
Looks like oracle decided to let people create "free" vps and suspend without warning to gain profit. You should delete(but do not delete boot volume) and recreate using boot volume to use free.
-
Same here, + can't create the new one "No shapes are available."
-
Here is how I solved the problem:
- First make a manual backup of the bootvolume of the disabled VM to be on the safe side.
- Terminate the VM, but don't check the "delete bootvolume permanently" box.
- Go to the boot volume of the now terminated VM and there choose "Create Instance".
- Start VM
Please note that the IP of the new VM is different from the old. Therefore, you may have to change some configurations.
As an alternative or after step 2, you can also attach the boot volume to another VM (e.g., AMD free vm) as data volume to extract important data.
Always do regular backups of the boot volume.
Best regards,
GM

Is this the only fix?
-
It is the only fix I know of. But it is not that complicated. Only the IP changes.
-
Its not complicated, but if i have to do it every week i would rather get another service.
anyways....thanks for the help

I needed to do this only once when the evaluation period ended. After that, I had no further problems so far. This is the only negative thing I encountered yet.
Are you required to do it more often?

I'm having the same problem but I no longer have any instances or boot volumes.
Any other ideas?
